1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. Should any delay occur, we will notify you promptly.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.
4. International Shipping
Avyrae currently ships to select international locations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Avyrae is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address cannot be replaced by Avyrae.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at avyraeofficial@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
